Food & Beverage Vendor: obligated to donate 15% of sales that take place during the event. 10x10’ space provided. Dessert sales are not permitted. Vendors must submit to SamFest proof of their Business Tax Certificate from the city of Grover Beach (45) days prior to the event.

Retail Vendor: $50 booth fee. Dessert sales are not permitted. Please send payment via Venmo to @sopa-- (The Studio of Performing Arts) to secure your spot. 10x10’ space provided. Vendors must submit to SamFest proof of their Business Tax Certificate from the city of Grover Beach (45) days prior to the event.

Samantha Michelle Ford of Arroyo Grande, California passed away in 2010 at the age of 24 after her third battle with cancer. To honor her memory and continue her inspirational legacy, her friends and former students host an annual Remembering Sam Ford/SamFest fundraiser.

This year they will hold SamFest (a celebration of Sam featuring live performances, food, vendors) at Ramona Garden Park on November 3, 2024. Up to 100 guests, mostly local families, are expected to attend.

This fundraising event will feature food, beverage, and retail vendor booths. Proceeds will create scholarships in Sam’s name for young dancers at The Studio of Performing Arts, Sam’s childhood dance studio. In addition, proceeds will be donated to The Pablove Foundation, which funds pediatric cancer research and advances in treatment, educates and empowers cancer families, and improves the quality of life for children living with cancer through hospital play, music, and arts programs.

All participating vendors will be recognized on RememberingSamFord.com, our social media pages, in all related press materials, and in the event program. Thank you for your generosity and support!

Vendors interested in participating in SamFest, please fill out this form up to 45 day prior to the event on November 3, 2024. A $50 participation fee is required for retail vendors OR a 15% of sales donation is required for food and beverage vendors. Proof of Business Tax Certificate from the City of Grover Beach is also required 45 days prior to the event.
